Georgia EB-5 Investments ("Georgia EB-5," "we," "us," or "our") is a USCIS-approved EB-5 Regional Center located at 2111 Flat Shoals Rd SE, Ste. 107, Conyers, GA 30013. We assist foreign nationals with EB-5 immigrant investment opportunities in qualifying real estate development projects across Georgia and South Carolina.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at georgiaeb5.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
This Policy applies to the Site only. It does not govern information you provide directly to your immigration attorney, escrow agent, fund administrator, or other third parties involved in your EB-5 investment, who maintain their own privacy practices.

a) Information You Provide to Us
When you submit a contact form, schedule a consultation, download a guide, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide:
- Name, email address, and phone number
- Country of residence and visa/immigration status (e.g., H-1B, F-1, E-2, TN)
- General investment interest and questions about specific projects
- Any other information you choose to include in a message to us
We do not collect detailed source-of-funds documentation, passport numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive financial/immigration documents through this Site. That information is collected later in the process through secure channels managed by your immigration attorney and/or fund administrator, governed by separate agreements and confidentiality protections.
b) Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our Site automatically collects certain information when you visit:

- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring/exit pages
- General geographic location derived from IP address (not precise GPS location)

6. International Visitors
Georgia EB-5 works with investors and intermediaries located outside the United States, including in India and other countries. We retain inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or support an ongoing investor relationship, and as required to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a USCIS-approved Regional Center. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the policies of Google and Meta, respectively.

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit sensitive financial account numbers, passport details, or other highly sensitive personal information through general contact forms on this Site.
9. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on your state or country of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain advertising practices. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 13.
